Where are your laundromats in Toulouse and Blagnac?
Our laundromats are located in Blagnac Andromede and Toulouse Croix-Daurade. A third laundromat will open soon in Toulouse Montaudran. Find all addresses on our laundromats page.
What are your opening hours?
Open 7j/7 de 7h à 22h, including weekends and public holidays. Currently at Blagnac Andromede and Croix-Daurade. Montaudran will open soon with the same hours.
How long does a complete laundry cycle take?
About 30 minutes for washing. 20 to 30 minutes for drying depending on the fabric and load. Expect less than 1 hour for washing + drying.
Are your laundromats wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Ground-level access and adapted circulation, machines at accessible height.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, easy and free parking right in front of our Blagnac Andromede and Toulouse Croix-Daurade laundromats. Parking also planned for Montaudran (opening soon).
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment by CB sans contact ou espèces at all our laundromats. At Croix-Daurade, payment is also possible via the Speed Queen app.
What are the washing and drying prices?
Washing: from 4.90 EUR (9 kg) up to 10.00 EUR (18 kg) depending on the laundromat, detergent and softener included. Drying: 1.50 EUR to 2.00 EUR per 10-minute cycle depending on the dryer. Loyalty program: up to -20% on all washes and drying. Details by laundromat: Blagnac, Croix-Daurade.
Do you offer a loyalty program?
Yes. Up to 20% discount depending on the amount loaded. Physical card at Blagnac, Speed Queen mobile app at Croix-Daurade. Details on our pricing page.
How much does drying cost at Speed Queen?
Drying costs 1.50 EUR to 2.00 EUR per 10-minute cycle depending on the dryer (14 kg or 16 kg). Allow 20 to 30 minutes for a full dry depending on the fabric. Drying is also eligible for the loyalty discount (-20%).
Are detergent and fabric softener included?
Yes. Professional detergent and fabric softener are included in all washes, with automatic dosing optimized for each load. You don't need to bring anything. For our transparency approach (ingredients, dosing, sourcing), see our eco-friendly laundromat guide.
Can I wash a duvet or large items?
Yes. Our 18 kg machines are ideal for double duvets and large textiles. A single duvet can go in an 11 kg machine. Dry gently (see tips on how to wash a duvet).
How do I choose the right machine?

How do I know which machine to choose for my laundry?

How do I get there or find directions?
Visit each laundromat page (e.g. Croix-Daurade): the Google Maps widget is displayed and you can launch directions with one click.
What should I do if a machine is not working?
Note the machine number and contact us at 05 34 59 43 50 (Blagnac) or 05 61 46 44 76 (Croix-Daurade), or via the contact form.

What detergent do you use in your laundromats?
Our laundromats use La Lessive de Marcelle professional detergent, manufactured in Aussillon, Tarn (Occitanie) by Procalp, a family business since 1885. The range is Ecocert certified and formulated with plant-based ingredients. Detergent and softener are automatically dosed each cycle - included in the wash price.
Is it hygienic to wash clothes at a laundromat?
Yes. Our Speed Queen machines wash at high temperatures (up to 90 degrees C) and are cleaned regularly. Scientific studies confirm that washing at 60 degrees C eliminates the vast majority of bacteria and allergens. Read our article on laundromat hygiene.
Is there Wi-Fi in your laundromats?
Yes, our laundromats have free Wi-Fi. Make the most of your waiting time to browse, work, or watch your favourite shows. A complete cycle (wash + dry) takes about 1 hour.
